Contact

Contact Wrap & Paint Lab about calculator defects, accessibility barriers, privacy, security, or editorial corrections.

Email

Write to [email protected] for:

  • a calculator defect with the inputs needed to reproduce it;
  • an accessibility barrier and the browser or assistive technology involved;
  • an editorial correction with the affected page;
  • a privacy or security concern that relates to this site.

The mailbox must be provisioned before production launch. Wrap & Paint Lab does not provide individualized material specifications, repair advice, chemical guidance, shop referrals, or price quotes.

Do not send sensitive personal information, vehicle identification numbers, proprietary estimates, credentials, or payment information. The calculators do not require any of them.

Reporting a calculator problem

A useful defect report includes:

  • the calculator and mode;
  • the selected unit system;
  • the smallest set of non-sensitive inputs that reproduces the problem;
  • the result you received and the result you expected;
  • browser and operating-system versions;
  • whether the problem also occurs after reset.

Shared links may contain calculator inputs. Review the URL before sending it and remove any value you do not want another person to read. Notes and quote comparisons are not included in shared links.

Reporting an editorial issue

Name the page, heading, disputed sentence, and reason for the correction. When the issue depends on a formula, include enough arithmetic to reproduce it. When it depends on current product information, identify the document and revision date without sending copyrighted manuals or confidential material.

The editorial policy explains how formula changes, copy corrections, and review dates are handled.

Security and accessibility

For a security concern, describe the affected route, observed behavior, and safe reproduction steps. Do not test against other users, attempt denial of service, or send active exploit code without prior coordination.

For an accessibility barrier, include the task you were trying to complete, input method, browser, assistive technology, zoom level, and the control or content involved. A screenshot is optional and should contain no sensitive information.

The mailbox is for site feedback, not project-specific estimating. Messages requesting individualized material selection, repair decisions, application settings, installer recommendations, or local quotes cannot be answered.
